MATTHEW 5 : 8 NKJV 8  Blessed  are  the pure in heart,      For they shall see God. So those who are not pure in heart can not see God. Does this mean that a person who can not physically see God is not pure in heart? I believe that it means that the more pure a person's heart is, the more that that person can know God. Many would say "I am no longer under the law, but I am now under the Grace of God".  ROMANS 6 : 14 -15 NKJV 14  For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. From Slaves of Sin to Slaves of God 15  What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Many also do not understand the grace of God. The grace of God is the power of God for a believer to overcome sin and walk in the Holiness of God. It is not a title given to a believer relieving them of all of the consequences of their sin. Verse 15 says that it is not okay to sin. In fact, if one indeed sins, then that one is not under grace but will be judged according to the law.
