THE SINNERS PRAYER AND FALSE SALVATION
Many people have prayed a prayer of commitment to Jesus Christ asking for the forgiveness of all of their sins and that He would give to them eternal life. At this time many of them have been led to believe that they have been saved. THAT IS A LIE!!! Salvation is a journey of "SANCTIFICATION". NKJV 2 THESSALONIANS 2 :13-14 13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. NKJV ROMANS 8 :13-14 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. What then is " sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth"? Well let us look at some other scriptur
